Why LuaRex

We believe trust should not be a requirement.

An exchange exists for one purpose: to match buyers and sellers. Yet most exchanges ask you to hand over your funds first. Exit scams, frozen withdrawals, misused deposits — these aren't edge cases, they're the norm on centralized platforms.

LuaRex is built differently. It's a non-custodial, decentralized, and fully verifiable exchange. You deposit into smart contracts — not into our wallets. All deposits, withdrawals, and trades are handled entirely on-chain. We can't move, freeze, or misuse your assets — even if we wanted to.

What this means in practice

• You can always withdraw your funds, without permission, even if we go offline.
• We cannot access or misuse your funds.
• We cannot tamper with transaction details.
• We cannot change the smart contracts after deployment.

Every part of LuaRex is open source and the smart contracts are thoroughly tested. You don't have to take our word for any of this.
